If you choose a service that doesn’t fully match what your space requires, you may end up dissatisfied regardless of the company you hire.
For that reason, we recommend starting with a Top to Bottom Cleaning for your initial visit. Our Maintenance Cleaning is best suited for homes that have been professionally cleaned within the past four weeks.

In order to facilitate your clean we recommend your home be in order and somewhat picked up before we arrive. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Many homes typically have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave! We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. This is especially true if you have had recent home renos done.

- Brighter Space Cleaning Co. does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
- All areas are expected to be free of clutter.
- We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
- We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
- All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, concrete floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
- Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
Notice
- We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 2 stepladder.
- For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning.
- The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate.
- Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
- No heavy furniture will be moved.
